best abstract award - oral presentation

This award honors the best oral presentation of a research paper. It recognizes the individual’s dedication to advancing neurosurgical knowledge and their ability to effectively communicate their research findings to the professional community.

Awarded for the best poster presentation, this accolade celebrates outstanding research presented in a visual format. It acknowledges the researcher’s ability to distill complex information into an engaging and informative poster.

Institutional Award for the Most Submitted Abstracts from an Institute

This award is presented to the institution with the highest number of submitted abstracts. It highlights the collective efforts of an institution’s faculty and students in contributing to the neurosurgical body of knowledge.

Neurosurgery Innovation of the Year Award

This prestigious award recognizes groundbreaking innovation in neurosurgery. It is awarded to individuals or teams who have developed a novel device, implant, questionnaire, simulation tool, or any other creative solution that advances neurosurgical practice, particularly in resource-limited settings. This award celebrates creativity, problem-solving, and the drive to improve neurosurgical care in Pakistan.

AKU-PSN Quiz Champions

The AKU-PSN Quiz Champions award is given to the winning team of a rigorous quiz competition. This competition involves teams of two neurosurgical trainees/residents from 36 residency programs across Pakistan. It tests their knowledge, quick thinking, and teamwork, with the champions earning recognition for their academic excellence and collaborative skills.

Digital Engagement Award

Recognizing the importance of digital interaction and knowledge sharing, this award is given to the participant or trainee who makes the most impactful use of the conference’s digital app. Through active participation in live sessions, idea-sharing, and engaging in forum discussions, the recipient exemplifies the spirit of collaborative learning and digital engagement. Additionally, this award will celebrate attendees who use the hashtag #PSN37 on our Facebook and Instagram pages or post photos with the hashtag, linking their experiences to our digital app for a vibrant online community.
